Choose three to five party stops
Keep it easy: craft table, snack stop, photo moment, game station and cake are plenty. Give each activity its own small page with a simple icon and a place for a sticker or stamp.
Make the cover feel personal
Add the child’s name, celebration date and a title such as “Ava’s Birthday Passport.” Match the cover to the party palette so the booklet feels like part of the design.
Place passports where children naturally gather
